Mountain biking has beauty and culture. We started Terreau because we wanted what the ride feels like to carry through the whole day. Not one outfit for the trail, another for the café. Not a costume. Or a sponsor billboard.

We make pieces we actually want to wear: simple, intentionally designed clothing and gear. We're form-first, but not careless about quality and function; manufacturing in small batches with responsible partners across europe and north america. With a focus on high grade materials and durable construction, our goal is that you buy it once and wear it for life.

Tanner + Zach

Tanner Stephens grew up on bikes and never really got off them. Downhill racing from ages 14–24 took him around the world. These days he’s a commercial photographer, shoots films, and credits most of it to bikes. @tannerstephens

Zach Jiroun moved to California in his early 20s and picked up a camera soon after. Road trips and alpine pursuits claimed every spare moment. When the pandemic hit, a friend sold him an old hardtail and proceeded to throw him in the deep end. Nothing's been the same since. @zachjiroun
